TERMS & CONDITIONS / SHIPPING & HANDLING
1. Placing an Order
To place an order, simply click on the “Place An Order” image on the right side of the page. This will take you to our Order Form. Kindly fill in the necessary details and when finished, hit the submit button.
Please note that all orders submitted via the Order Form are final, therefore we strongly advise all buyers to double check all particulars and details before confirming an order. By submitting the form, the buyer has agreed to abide by our terms and conditions.
2. Making Payment
After submitting your Order Form, do look out in your Inbox for a payment advice slip from us. This should reach you within 24 hours of your submission. Do contact us at order@cut–looseshop.com if you have failed to receive any. You might also want to check your Junk Mail!
Payment is to be made to
within the given time frame of 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the buyer being blacklisted.
Local Buyers
We accept I–Banking (highly recommended), ATM Transfers and Paypal. If you are making payment via ATM Transfer, kindly note that we would require a scanned/photographed copy of your transaction receipt for our verification. As for payments via Paypal, an additional cost of S$5.00 will be added on top of your total charges.
Overseas Buyers
Currently, we only accept Paypal for International orders. Buyers will be charged an additional S$5.00 on top of their total charges.
3. Delivery
All of our shipping and delivery is handled by SINGPOST.
Local Postage
Please note that postage charges are inclusive of packaging cost as well.
Normal local postage charges are as follows :
- Apparel: S$1.00 (light), $1.50 (heavy)
- Jewellery & Headbands: S$$1.00 (light), $1.50 (heavy)
- Bags: S$2.50
*Please add an additional $0.50 for every additional item
We will not be liable for any lost packages sent via normal post.
We strongly urge all buyers to opt for registered mail as it allows you to track your package’s status via the Singpost website. If you would like to have your item delivered via registered postage, please add S$2.25 on top of the total amount tabulated. You can track your items via the Registered Article Status on the Singpost website.
All parcels should reach you within 2 to 5 working days after payment has been received. To err is human and we apologize if you fail to receive your parcel within the stipulated time. In this case, you may wish to reach us at order@cut-looseshop.com to check on the status of your parcel.
Overseas Postage
We have handled several packages to countries like the US, New Zealand & Austrailia so overseas buyers can be assured when shopping with us.
For overseas postage, you may wish to use the Singpost Calculator to calculate your total shipping cost. This shipping cost will also be reflected in your payment advice form.
For your estimation, 2 apparel tops shipped to Los Angeles (US) via Normal Postage will set you back by about S$10/US$6.95 (Approx.). Our package will also reach you within a week (4 to 6 working days).
Do take note that we are not responsible for any packages lost via normal postage. As always, we strongly encourage all our buyers to ship via Registered Mail as it allows you to track your parcels via the Registered Article Status on the Singpost website. We will provide you with the RA number for your tracking purposes.

4. Return / Exchanges
We do quality checks on all items before preparing them to send out. Should an item be flawed, we would highlight this to the buyer to see how comfortable he or she is with it.
We also ensure that all items are properly packed and sealed with the correct name and delivery address clearly written on the packages.
We will not be liable for any goods damaged or lost (via normal postage) in the mail. However, if you should feel that you are unhappy with a purchased item, do email us at order@cut-looseshop.com for us to judge on a case by case basis.
